Can I try a session before I subscribe?

Yes. There is a free mini Get Real Session on the website. You can find it at the bottom of the Teachers page. Click the ‘Try a Session’ button and you will have instant access to the session.

How many logins can I have with my subscription?

You can have as many logins as you need for use within your school. Once you have subscribed we will contact you, using the email address you used to subscribe, and ask how many teacher logins you need. We will then send you your school's unique login code and each teacher can set up their own login using the code and their school email address.  

How long does a susbcription last?

1 year

How much does each module cost?

Each module costs £500 per year. This subscription fees gives you a license to use the module for one year in your school.

Can I share my subscription with other people outside of my school?

No. Each subscription covers one school only. The module subscription fee is for the license to use Get Real Sessions in your school only.  

How do I subscribe to a module?

You can subscribe to a module directly from the website via the homepage, teachers page or modules page. Click on the module you want to subscribe to and it will take you to the subscription page.  

How do I create an account?

When you subscribe to a module you will need to set up an account to complete the transaction and you will be prompted to do this in the subscription process. We will use the email address from this account to contact you about the number of logins you require.  

When we send you your unique school login code we will send step-by-step guidance for staff to set up their own account within your subscription. Once they have set up their account they will no longer need the login code, but will access your schools subscription using their own account. 

Can I use a session more than once?

Yes. You can use the sessions as many times as you want to for your subscription period. When a teacher first uses the session it will then show as completed in their account, but they can re-watch it as many times as they need to.  

You can use multiple accounts on your subscription at the same time. E.g all year 7 classes could complete the same session at the same time in different classrooms with different teachers using their own unique account within your subscription.
